    Chawezi Thorne, PMP, MBA is a seasoned professional in the realm of fundraising, philanthropy, and capital campaigns, renowned for her strategic insights and transformative impact in the nonprofit sector. With a career spanning over a decade and across industries, Chawezi has consistently elevated the brand and visibility of numerous organizations through her expertise in business development, marketing and communications.

    As a consultant, Chawezi specializes in providing targeted, high-impact solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Her approach blends deep industry knowledge with a keen understanding of donor behavior and market trends, ensuring sustainable financial growth and organizational resilience.

    Throughout her career, Chawezi has played pivotal roles in orchestrating successful capital campaigns, securing major gifts, and implementing innovative philanthropic strategies with organizations such as Pavillion Afrique in Cannes, France or World Vision Canada. Her ability to forge meaningful connections between donors and causes has resulted in substantial contributions that have fueled the expansion and effectiveness of various charitable initiatives.

    Indonesia is an Afro-Latina and proud Brooklyn native, committed to serving and uplifting the global Black Diaspora. A 2021 alumna of the Nightingale Bamford School, she is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in African and African American Studies at Brandeis University, class of 2026. Her academic journey is rooted in a deep desire to become a therapist who can provide culturally competent mental health support to communities of color, with a focus on addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by Black and Afro-Latinx individuals.

    At Pan-African Solutions Consulting, Indonesia brings a passion for community-building and empowerment, contributing to the organization’s mission through her role as an Event Operations Assistant. Her background and dedication allow her to support events that foster connections, provide resources, and support the global Black community in their quest for justice, equity, and growth.
